This must have been a difficult video to do as there are so many dive watches after 100 dollars. When you hit the 300 to 500 there must be 100's of microbrand dive watches. I hope your UA-cam channel keeps growing, it really does deserve a lot more subs than it has.
Yeah there’s so many watches, all I could do is pick the ones I really like - not be they’re the best, they’re just the ones I like best, if that makes sense.
@@JustBlueFish Yes, there are probably 100's if not thousands of watches at different price points. BTW, I hated snowflake hands and about 10 years later it grew on me. I could not afford a Tudor so I bought a Chinese watch from Aliexpress that is a homage watch to the 39mm titanium pelogos. It has snowflake hands with a titanium bracelet and case. It is also a high beat at 28,800 VPH and has sapphire crystal I got on a sale for under 200 dollars but I will be honest, I am scared to take it in the water. It has a screw-down crown and divers bezel but I bought it for a fun watch to wear that is lightweight. 95 grams.
I would suggest comparing the Hamilton Khaki Navy Scuba Auto 200m and 300m models. You might be surprised to see what you get between the two and what in total you get in total with the 300m. The 300 is a hidden gem, in the dive watches, around $700 - $800 street price. I can loan you a 300m.
I put the microbrands into the categories of the macrobrands of the movements they use. I dont think you can really use a seiko movement then claim it to be something different 🤷♀🤷♂
The Casio Duro is a good watch, but the Addiesdive MY-H3 is a better watch for a lot less money. It has 200m of WR, a ceramic bezel, a fully lumed bezel with super strong lume and a stainless steel bracelet with solid end links for about $30.
