I cooked up a box of the yellow cheddar for dinner Wednesday night with meatloaf and green beans. My husband and I loved it. I did find that I had to cook it for 12 minutes and could've went a minute or two more. I'm T2 diabetic so the cheaper regular mac & cheese products don't work for me. This product didn't spike my blood sugar at all. I don't mind the price for something that doesn't spike my blood sugar and tastes great.
4 servings?? That's like a teaser!! LOL....I agree with you that the cost is worth it to have healthier food. That's awesome to hear that it didn't spike your blood sugar! Winning!
There is a b-roll show of my stirring the finished product in the video, but I'll try to remember to add additional shots at the end next time. Thanks for the feedback.
Just put my order in (6/14) and though I have never been a true M&C fan, I look forward to something new to bring to my low carb world.Might dress it up with a little garlic powder....thanks for the video
There is no argument about what is Keto - it's in the name: Ketosis. If you're in ketosis after eating, it's keto. Keto is not a food, it's a state, you're either in it or not. Has nothing to do with inflammation
Ketosis is a metabolic state….the keto diet comes in many different forms, and for some people it is more than just about reaching a state of ketosis…it’s about reducing inflammation and improving overall health.
I didn't notice infamation, but I did have an unexpected "side effect" from eating the new Perfect Keto Mac and Cheese. I know this is TMI, but this mix makes me... loose as in the bathroom. 🤨
It could be because the noodles are basically fiber noodles. I know many people have issues being "loose" with too much fiber which can be an inflammation response. But this mac 'n cheese sure did taste good!! Especially when I got the noodles softened properly 😋
@@HealthyAmbitions I agree, I liked the flavor. The 2nd serving the next day was a bit more mealy when reheated but it didn't elicit the same issue digestivly speaking.
Where did you go?
Me an Egyptian almost chocked on my lupins snack as I’m watching this. Lupins are very healthy and we eat them a lot in Egypt
Thanks for the directions to make it softer! I had my first box today and used your recipe! It was amazing!!! ❤️
You are so welcome!

@@HealthyAmbitions 😂
Just got my first box in! So stoked to try it!
Hope you enjoy it! Don't forget to rinse and soak the noodles first, then boil for 8-10 minutes ;)
@@HealthyAmbitions must be a difference, cooked ours for 9 minutes, didn't rinse them or soak them first and they were pretty tender.
Interesting! Perhaps a difference in our water...I have pretty hard water coming into my house.
Are peas and green beans legumes and are they inflammatory
I am missing you! Hope you and your family are well. Cathy come back❤
Yo, you still going okay? How's the journey? How's the health? Wishing you well.
Chayote and jicama how carby and inflammatory are they
We would have liked to have seen a picture of the finished product in a bowl. Thks for the review.

I would love it if you did more recipes with Lipina flour.
Good to know!! Thank you 😁
If you made your own cheese sauce would it taste more like regular mac & cheese?
I tried it…but I just didn’t t like it. It’s needs a lot of improvement IMO…in both the flavor and texture departments.

Garlic powder goes GREAT with M&C!!! I used to add it all the time in my pre-keto days!
It would be interesting to hear you interview CEO of the online store Keto Supplements and famous British Health Anthropologist Sara Aguilar
Hmmmm....I've been the interviewee on other people's UA-cam and podcasts, but never the interviewer...maybe someday 😉
