Damian, so happy you are making these types of videos again! Great tips as usual! Often the manuals and other videos explain how to do this and that, but what's often missing is the odd challenging bolt or the detailed instructions on how to remove a plug for eg. Never the same way huh... That's why I love your videos, you always provide very useful tips. Your detailed descriptions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Alexander, thanks for your support and encouragement. Interestingly, we have got the workshop manual out and are following the steps. Agree the manual isn’t very helpful other than defining the sequence of doing things. Especially lacking any advice to help with poor access and the best tools to use. For me that is the unique selling point of ‘how to ‘UA-cam videos in general. Thats what I’m aiming to do. Thanks for your appreciation of that, I know it’s not time wasted, regards Damian
George, need to remove the tank and then sensor from the bottom. Possibly the sensor seal has failed and needs renewing. Hope that helps, regards Damian
@@ODRModurol thank you i have a low coolant light on now and its most likely the sensor in the tank and the shop is backed up for 3 weeks,i dont like to work on my cars lol.

@@ODRModurol now I just have the rust to tackle! And apply for a mortgage for the fuel...
Very nicely explained!

Can the level sensor clip be lost? Thanks
David, yes it can be flicked off by mistake and lost. I know as still looking for mine, regards Damian
@@ODRModurol will it still work with the clip lost? Thank you.
@davidewell7427, yes it will still work. It is the plug remaining clip, without the wire plug might vibrate loose, regards Damian
