2/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil

Is this the same thing as PUFFED Quinoa? I have seen Vegan recipes on Instagram in treats for Puffed Quinoa but cannot find it anywhere ❤❤❤

I used the regular quinoa not puffed quinoa. First cooked the quinoa, then toast quinoa to the crispness of your preference. Happy Eating!
