You can't go wrong with them. Now if you like really harsh stuff, go for "sit stay roll over", "Noah". If you want more progy stuff, go for "Vortex" or "Wallflower". "Pit of consciousness" live in Kiev is also a must hear. And eventually, if you wanna get a clear idea of Tatiana"s abilities, "Judgement and Punishment" one take vocal performance is amazing. Go !
Awesome reaction man! I love Jinjer and love watching new reactions to their music! Teacher,Teacher is a great one for you too check out next. Can't wait to see your next reaction! Stay safe and healthy.
Definitely gotta check out "Cloud Factory official live video", "Retrospection live in Melbourne", "Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev" and "Who Is Gonna Be The One live". Glad to see you're enjoying the Jinjer journey.
With your forest comment about this song, I hope you'll react to the beautiful official video of it. Few if any Jinjer fans would ever object to you reacting to a second video of a Jinjer song you've already heard, because they really have a lot of great official videos and so many astounding live performance videos. There are so many great Jinjer songs to get to, though, so I'll also suggest Pit of Consciousness live in Kyiv (although that song is another with a must-see official video). Whichever you choose, enjoy! ❤🖤🤘

Great reaction ! Next, you should react to Teacher, teacher 😋 *Done:* ✅ Pisces (Live session) ✅ Perennial (Live at Wacken) *Todo:* ➡️ Teacher, teacher (Official video) ➡️ Judgement & Punishment (one take) ➡️ Vortex (Official video) or Last song of ARTE Concert, Hellfest 2021 ➡️ Mediator (Official video) ➡️ Wallflower (Official video) ... (There is more 😄)
Hey Chief! First of all - great reaction once again! I love the genuine enthusiasm you show for the stuff you really like! Great to see you enjoying your listens! I also just left a huge comment on your Patreon page, and I feel like I need to partially share my experience. I saw Jinjer in Seattle on October 22 (just two days ago as I write this post) - I was literally front and center of the stage, with no barrier between band and audience. When Tatiana stood on her riser, and banged her head, her hair would literally hit me on the top of my head. She crouched down a couple of times during "I Speak Astronomy" and sang directly at me - an unnerving experience when she's asking "why are you so suspicious when you see black holes in my eyes?" when her face was literally less than a foot away from mine. In fact the end of her microphone nearly hit me in the nose a couple times. Mike Savoia shared a video on UA-cam (he has quite a few subscribers), and put three songs from the concert on UA-cam (ua-cam.com/video/L0cm8aOZogo/v-deo.html) - she whacks me on my head with her hair twice at around the 4:58 mark - the grey fuzzy head that looks like it's about 6 inches shorter than the others - I guess it's a weird camera angle - I'm nearly 6 feet tall, so either the people right behind me were quite tall, or the angle made me look shorter. Either way - fun time, and I was glad to see someone captured a few reasonably good quality songs (both audio and video) from the show I was at, and I got to verify to myself that I really experienced what might otherwise be a happy daydream for me. Apologies for blabbing on and on.... The TL;DR version of this all is - go see Jinjer live - stand in front - be amazed.
I am just now seeing your comment Steve. I must say that I am very envious of your concert experience. If I hadn't contracted COVID 7 days prior to their Atlanta show on Dec. 3rd, I was set to be in your exact position relevant to the stage. I had purchased, along with the entry tickets, early entry lounge access passes and was going to take that early entry opportunity to place myself front & center. But instead, I found myself filing a ticket insurance claim...😭 I can only imagine how it felt to be that close to the Queen of metal. If you can, please put a bit of those feelings in an envelope and send it to me 😁
Yes this. All 3 are great. Also, someone suggested a double feature in another comment - Vortex is a great song, great video and they do it live as the closing song of the Hellfest At Home virtual concert from Arte Concert with links to each song in the description.
Great reaction! I've been a huge Jinjer fan for over a year now and haven't heard a song from them yet that I haven't liked.. another band you should check out is Ne Obliviscaris.. they are some fantastic musicians also.. anyway, have a good one and keep em coming
1:03 I really appreciate the shoutout, bro! Respect. Glad you came back to Jinjer! I love Nightwish, but to us people who often need something more complex n harsh, Jinjer is the drug! Also sorry I'm watching this a week after release, even though the notif bell's on, but I've been busy af. 9:24 "traveling through the woods" hmmm, reminds of the Perennial official music video!! YES you have got to watch it (on your own time if you don't wanna react to it). It's hauntingly beautiful. I recommend you do an official music video next; either 'Home Back' or 'I Speak Astronomy'. P.S. If you go for Home Back, read the backstory beforehand.
Great to see your reaction on Jinjer... You really mast react on many songs of this amazing band... They are incredible talented... So keep going...can react randomly and you will get surprised... All of them songs are very great done❤️🤘🤘🤘
I love the fullness of their sound with only 3 piece band. I don't think they use a lot of backing tracks either. I think it tells about the writing of the songs. Tatiana is a superstar, but the guys are really amazing musicians.
The only backing tracks they use are for some intros, some minor guitar lines (and only in two songs, off the top of my head) and a few vocal harmonies but they're only used to make the songs sound as similar as possible to the studio versions, not to sound fuller. : )
UA-cam seems to be eating my comments, so one more try, this time without, err, words that could be considered lowkey offensive, haha (and if there's suddenly three comments by me - sorry lol)... Thank you again for an amazing reaction! Tatiana is seriously awesome 🤘🏻 When I grow up I wanna be just like her (or Floor, can't decide) 😁🖤 Rock on!
Highly recommend 'Teacher Teacher' next. Love several of their tracks but 'Teacher Teacher' has to be my favorite. Their official music video (composite of live performances) is just an AMAZING piece of art. So intricate and has everything you'd want in a metal song.
If you want to see Jinjer go super intense check out Mediator, for a more mellow video check out Wallflower, for something in the middle Vortex. All three are excellent songs off the new album.
oops - forgot that you asked for recommendations. I think I may have recommended this before - but "Sit, Stay, Roll Over" Live in Melbourne. Their most technically challenging song to pull off live. Also one of their heavier songs, with lyrics by Eugene (the bassist), which is unusual because Tatiana usually writes the lyrics.
BRO!!! What a great reaction!!! I absolutely loved it. (😍) As you get deeper into the Jinjer rabbit hole, you are going to end up comparing all other vocalists to Tatiana. She is TRULY the absolute QUEEN of vocals. Nobody does it as good as "Tati". It continues to amaze me the range she has in her growls, let alone her cleans. And then to know that she is self taught...geeeeeeeez Perennial is the perfect Segway to Pit of Consciousness Live in Kiev. Since you liked this one, let's turn it up 10 notches with this link... ua-cam.com/video/vEhxuNuHWls/v-deo.html There are tons more, (Jinjer isn't capable of doing a bad song), too many to post at once, so I will stop at the one for now.
Self taught! Wow, for real?! That's absolutely insane! You're spot on about her range too, she doesn't seem to slow down, no matter the vocal style, nothing seems to be too much. Righto..! I see your Pit Of Consciousness, I got you ;) haha Thank you, brother :) You're a proper legend!
@@Chief322 Pit of Consciousness will showcase her range of growls, you can't help but to notice it and be utterly amazed. Tatiana is great, but the rest of the band are Masters of their crafts. Fun facts: Vlad (drummer) is a classically trained pianist and a multi instrumentalist and composed 80% of their Wallflowers album that released this past August. Tatiana was very upset about the complexity of the demo tracks she had to write lyrics to, and thus, she procrastinated to the point of not having lyrics ready for the deadline. The title track reflects the struggles she felt during that time, it also shows how she is an introvert and prefers being at home alone. The video is chock full of metaphors depicting her internal struggles. Wallflower is my favorite track on the album, I literally tear up listening to it. The struggle is real 😔😢
this is a masterpiece as a song and video. PoC dives into Tatiana's mental health struggles and pretty closely follows what she talked about in a text interview with Psychology Today.
Hehe. I've been told 'you look like that dude from Queens of the Stone Age' soooo many times 🤣 Great reaction, I'd subscribe again if I hadn't already on Pisces. Haha. Personally I don't think any suggestion for a Jinjer track is a bad one, but my personal favourites are Pit of Consciousness (live in Kiev) and the official Vortex video. Wallflower is also a must see video and must hear track. Keep em coming, we will keep watching and liking. (I'm wearing my Jane Doe Converge tee as I write this too haha)
Tatiana is a god !!! The rest of the band is amazing as well ... You want suggestions.. I have never ever listened to another band without hearing a crap song or two ...NOT WITH JINJER !! Every song is amazing !!! Old school options like ... Exposed as a liar , scissors, cloud factory, outlander and sit stay roll over are outstanding !!! Some other options include .. words of wisdom , teacher teacher , I speak astronomy, who is going to be the one and on the top!! and Yes the new stuff is out of this world !! Vortex, wallflower and especially mediator !! Honestly I can't go wrong !!!
Imo, the Wallflowers album should wait a bit, until Chief gets a feel for Jinjer's evolution leading up to it. Wallflowers is such a technical leap from where they were in the past, it will be interesting to see Chief's reaction to the change.
Teacher Teacher is a god place to continue

Definitely gotta check out "Cloud Factory official live video", "Retrospection live in Melbourne", "Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev" and "Who Is Gonna Be The One live". Glad to see you're enjoying the Jinjer journey.
