You know that feeling when you love a pair of jeans that fit so well and love so much you have to buy two or three more just in case *knock on wood* they discontinue the model? That’s what the Vans Old Skool Black and White Comfycush is to me.
Thanks so much for this review. I was looking for someone's honest opposition on ComfyCush specifically, and here you are with a very thoughtful and detailed review. I just ordered my first comfyCush's. Thanks again! :)
I ordered size 10.5 US in Zalora. Unfortunately I am not comfortable in size even it is my correct size. Good thing they have size 11, so I successfully exchanged it. So far it is good, I remembered my Old skool wayback 10 yrs ago. Finally I am able to wear this kind of shoes again.. My Vans Old Skool Comfycush is Multi Block Dark Gray/Black with the touch of green lining on the sides btw.. Looking forward if they gonna sell this black variant to, if ever re-stock and I've got an extra I will buy it 😁
@@ElmStreet yes. I am size 10.5 then I ordered 10.5 size in Zalora but it doesn't fit because of the narrow tip at the end of the shoe. But then luckily I have exchange to size 11 and it's free as long as you have the receipt, box, and item still intact as is.
do they give you blisters on the heel like a lot of people say? I have a pair of skate old skools in my true to fit size 10 but they are really snug because the thick insoles that are in the "skate" model so im looking to buy another pair in size 10.5 but im afraid the extra space and weight is going to make my heel slip/rub and cause blisters, the skate model is super heavy so not even sure what model to buy, the og old skools, comfycush, or skate
Hey! In the beginning all old skool vans give me a bit of irritation on the heel. I’m actually trying out the Vans skate and it hurting a bit on the heel, but no blisters. I’ll have my full review up shortly. If I had to choose only one I would go with the comfy Cush. You just need to wear it a lot to work them in.
@@writtenbyjess thanks, maybe I will try out the comfy cush idk I really want another pair of the “skate” model but afraid if I go up half a size they’re going to slip and cause heel pain. So many people have complaints about all 3 models so I’m indecisive about which one to get.
I think Vans are more comfortable than Chuck Taylor Vans or more comfortable on my feet than Chuck Taylor Vans also fit my foot better they are true to size I'm a size 13
I got Hokas. And Vans. Each to their own thing. I prefer Hokas for running, trails and hiking. But for driving, going to the malls, doing errands, shopping, or just work, I prefer Vans. I think Vans should be more comparable to the Adidas classics like Sambas, or Nike classics like Dunks and AF1. I actually like the Vans more than the other two brands.

Yesss!! I couldn't agree more :)
They just got discontinued, I got 2 extra pairs from a sports store.
Why did they discontinue? 😪
@@sophiak7699 because of low sales, most people I knew didn’t even know they existed.

Hi, is there a difference in the height of both vans old skool and comfy cush by any chance?
I would say they are both similar in height.
I think they are discontinuing them which is sad
I heard the same as well! This is disappointing to hear :(
Is very bad because they are great with comfort...
