How to easily cut a Whole Chicken / A Quick Dinner Vlog

- A Quick Dinner menu decided on the spot when my cousin came home for dinner. Here for beginner’s showing an easy way to cut a whole chicken.
Chappathi / Roti :
Wheat flour/atta - 2 cups
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Salt
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt
Chicken Curry :
Chicken - 1 kg
Chicken masala powder - 2 big spoons
Tomato - 1
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
Salt
Coconut grind -
Coconut - 1 cup
Cashews - a handful
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Salad :
Grapes - 1 ½ cup
Curd - 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
Ranch dressing - 3 tbsp
Tahina - 2 tbsp
Red chilli flakes - 2 tsp
Chaat Masala powder - 1 ½ tsp

I was started watching ur videos 2 days back and I just loved it. The time management, family togetherness, the daily routines, and cooking, u manage it in a classy way. And regarding ur cleaning, i remember my mom and even i shown this to my ummachi, she is a hygiene freak, always clean the kitchen and the home. I even doubt that she keep a time table to mop and wipe the floors. And the kitchen utensils and tools might have got fever if they were humans 😂 because she keep cleaning those items after each use. Anyhow great going ithathas, do well. May allah bless u n ur family abundantly.

My husband is surprised to hear me continuously talking about ur cooking and other activities. Actually this is how he wish me to be. But having 2 kids under 2 I really feel difficult to manage. My mom uses salt flour and lemon juice to wash her chicken and now I do that too. You’re so talented it amazes me lol I would’ve never been able to cut and skin that chicken like you on short notice! Great video
