500 ml (17 fl oz) milk.
Zest of 1 lemon.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
cook until it boils.
2 egg yolks.
50g (1.4oz) sugar.
25 g (0.7 oz) cornstarch.
cook, stirring constantly. until it gets thicker.
let cool down.
Juice of 1 lemon.
100 g (3.5 oz) condensed milk.
beat until thick.
100 ml (3.5 fl oz) whipping cream.
30 g (1 oz) powdered sugar.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
decorate with chocolate.

70 g (2.5 oz) sugar.
cook until the sugar melts.
let cool down.
120 ml (4.2 fl oz) whipping cream
50 g (1.7 oz) canned pineapple.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Melt 30 g (1 oz) of chocolate.

Looks absolutely delicious but I wouldn't like to have to wash all those dishes at that house. When you transfer the mixture from one bowl to another a lot of the mixture is lost sticking to the bowls so I would use less bowls or scrape the bowls out more thoroughly losing less mixture.........great recipe though! 😊
