500 ml (17.6 fl oz) milk.
Zest of 1 lemon.
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
2 egg yolks.
50g (1.76oz) sugar.
25 g (0.88 oz) cornstarch.
Juice of 1 lemon.
100 g (3.5 oz) condensed milk.
70 g (2.46 oz) ricotta cheese.
20 g (0.7 oz) powdered sugar.
200 ml (7 fl oz) whipping cream.
100g (3.5oz) strawberries.
decorate with chocolate.
