no punishment what so ever for camping in an illegal spot, littering, probably peeing in public too. This is how you make the situation worse, is being soft on illegal activities.
@EXREPUBLICAN I would suggest fines just like any other person would have to pay. If I get caught urinating in public, I'd get a fine, if I didn't pay the fine they would put a warrant out. If they don't pay their tickets they can do jail time. Sorry you don't have any money saved up... and no heath insurance... Sounds like you don't have any job skills.
