Hi Alice...I am an Alice too. I just want to tell you that many years ago, (approx 34) I saw a leprechaun. I call it that rather than an gnome because I am Irish and I always felt that made it significant. I was sitting on my sofa with my youngest child on my lap and suddenly it appeared on the floor in front of me. He was just like what is depicted as a leprechaun with a pot of gold. He didn't have a pot of gold but he was small, chubby, and dressed in red and green, elfish hat and red hair and a beard. He was sitting there smiling and waving at me. Normally something like that would have freaked me out but for some reason it didn't. Over the years I have seen other "beings". Also, I love what you had to say about words. If I am speaking to my son who is in his forties...he loves to take the things I say and turn the words around to bring a different perspective on what I am saying. It makes me laugh but actually a lot of word play is used in advertisement. Thank you for your wisdom.
a wonderful explanation for all...thank you
Thank you. It could serve us well to teach our children the power of words.
