  • While $100K sounds like a lot of money(and it is!!), we decided to use relatively cheap SOK batteries to give us more capacity for the same price, and leave more money to spend on fuel and experiences. Here's why.

Good choice. And easily maintainable with the removable top.

We’re stoked on them so far! Time will tell how they hold up, but we‘be heard great things.

These aren't cheap at 1100. They are reasonable priced. I buy my sok plus 206 from current connected. 10yr warranty

For the marine ones which we went with they were 999 each. Agreed not "cheap" but compared to about 1900 each for Battleborn or Dakota lithium, they are significantly less expensive. Have you been happy with yours so far?

@@HD.Adventuring I'm happy with my battery. I'm in the initial charging stages with one where the readings are incorrect. When they are back in stock I will be buying 3more for a total of 5. I don't have solar so my plan is to have a big bank and use my generator a few hours a day to recharge. Black Friday I'm buying mono bouge solar panels

@@unknownalias5538 awesome! That’s a lot of power! We’re going to install a shunt so we don’t need to use the SOK app. Sounds like a sweet build.
