Just started to watch last week, finished Fate Zero and today Stay Night UBW. For me this is an absolute masterpiece, staying on the same rank as Tokyo Ghoul, Fullmetal Alchemyst, Evangelion, etc, for their well developed characters construction, history lines, soundtracks, animation (beautiful) and many other aspects. Also, it is really good to listen this marvelous songs while studying

This anime was so good and so tragic, one of the best anime ever created!
Tragedy and fate will always be my favorite. You can feel the burden of the heroes lost throughout time and how they want to make it right

Yuki Kajiura and Hiroyuki Sawano is my Two Favorite Composer of all of Anime
I think their works are unique.
I would add Shiro Sagisu (Evangelion, Berserk, Bleach, etc…) and you have my top 3
when they went from painful straight into grief is what got me everytime
pretty much sums up Fate :D
