    THANK YOU !! I just replaced my old blower and probably saved $$$ and time, taking it to the dealership ! I followed your instructions, used the philips and slotted screwdrivers - including the shorty slotted one, for the rear, 3rd screw. I took my time, kept track of the screws coming out & going back in, and it took me 30 or 40 minutes total. My 2014 CR-V is once again much cooler ! (It's Florida, after all.) Thanks Again !

    That's a great video thank you. I'm really curious if the evaporator is accessible easily once the blower motor and fan is removed. The issue I'm having is (after a lot of diagnostics) is with a leak in the evaporator and I'm not sure if in this model year or a GEN 4 CRV... if the evaporator is right there and accessible? If so this video is really making that job more realistic for me than removing the entire dash

    • @Zspeed
      @Zspeed  2 місяці тому +1

      Sorry, I'm not sure if the evaporator was located around the fan aera.

    It was actually those 3 screws uou said that it wasn’t. No need to take the glove box out. Those 3 Phillips or 8mm bolts is all that’s holding it in

    Great video as I may be doing this in the near future. Did you replace the fan motor with an OEM part or one from an auto parts store?

    When removing the blower motor how easy was it to see the evaporator?

    Hi, my 2015 CR-V makes an irritating whistling noise only when the heater is on. As soon as I shut it off, the noise stops. The heat coming out is fine. Do you know what the noise could be from and how to fix it? Thank you for your time!

    • @Zspeed

    Question, my Crv 2013 sometimes makes a noise during a cold start. happened to my 2003 as well what part is making that noise?

      I have the same problem, it's your CVT actuator. but don't worry, it can be replaced or you can just leave it as it is, this video will explain it to you: ua-cam.com/video/gwJ5BBHb9W4/v-deo.html

    Any idea why my crv sometimes blows air and at times it doesn't work at all. I can turn it on and nothing happens. However there's some days where it just starts working.

    • @Zspeed
      @Zspeed  Рік тому +3

      That's exactly what my fan was doing, time to replace your fan! And no, it shouldn't be failing so soon, this is a problem from the factory, Glitch!

      You might check the air filter it right above the blower, behind glove box.

    Hey z speed I have a question I have a 350z and I’m doing a manual swap I’m installing the MT brake pedal and now my brake lights are not showing up when I’m slowly breaking and that’s not to safe when people don’t think I’m braking what could be the issue?

    • @Zspeed
      @Zspeed  Рік тому +1

      Did you swap the two brake pedal sensors from the automatic brake pedal to the manual brake pedal, if not try that! If you did swap them, you my need to adjust the brake pedal sensor to make sure it's fully depressed when braking. You can make slight adjustments to the sensors on the pedal by turning them counterclockwise, then depress the sensor in further, then turn clockwise again! Hope this helps!🏁💯
