As per law, the toshakhana gifts (like watches etc and not cars) can be purchased by paying certain amount. Those must be declared in tax returns. Imran khan followed all this. This case is just a bogus case just like 77 other cases that court granted non bailable arrest warrant as he didnt presented himself.

Wrong reporting…. According to Tosha Khana law whoever receives the gift has a first right to purchase it. He did comply with the law and pay due amount. After that watch is his. He can keep it or sell or trash it thats his choice.
