- There have been chaotic scenes today in Pakistan after police tried to arrest former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

There were clashes between police and his supporters at his residence and near a court complex in Lahore. But when he arrived at court to face charges of selling state gifts, his arrest warrant was cancelled by court officials. The former cricketer denies the charges and has said that his opponents are trying to prevent him running for election later this year.

This reporting is an absolute embarassment, full of errors, and biased. I know this is channel 4 but as a British person I feel ashamed of this shoddiness! . Firstly , he wasn't "cricket star turned political disruptor", he was a cricket start turned political leader of the largest Pk, party and Prime Minister. Secondly, he is not chargedwith "96 counts of selling official ministerial gifts", wtf... there is one charge regarding a gift and only one gift there are 86 charges ranging from terrorism to sedition to blasphemy anything and everyhting is being thrown at him. The raid was not at dawn. It was as soon as he left for Islamabad he did not leave at dawn... This trying to get him arrested has been going on for the last 5 days.
