Arrest warrant cancelled for former PM of Pakistan, Imran Khan

- There have been chaotic scenes today in Pakistan after police tried to arrest former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

There were clashes between police and his supporters at his residence and near a court complex in Lahore. But when he arrived at court to face charges of selling state gifts, his arrest warrant was cancelled by court officials. The former cricketer denies the charges and has said that his opponents are trying to prevent him running for election later this year.

Go through pak history from the nawaz cases and bhutto sagas you will see how tge uk reports these. Tge people will.have to fight for themselves only way. And you have to clear house. Not egypt model where morsi was killed in jail. Huge number of officers would have to be in jailed or maximum sentence amd the sharifs would have to be ropes around neck. Only way

Channel4 News, wrong! He is charged with ONE count of selling a wrist watch that he paid for and purchased from, "Tosha Khana" (Where the gifts to dignitaries are kept). No wrongdoing was done.
