Yep, its going to be useful for some people.

It is nice, the only downside is that ports are oriented to the side instead to front which is unusual for "DIN rail mountable" switches

Check the tech specs tab at store page. Rule of thumb, the rack-mountable UniFi switches will have LACP port aggregation. The Flex 2.5G does not have it.
