How to make Quick and Healthy Soup Recipes in Soup Maker?

A bowl of vegetable soup is a perfect comfort food during winter. Creating delicious soups at home has never been easier with this Soup Maker. You can blend almost any seasonal vegetables together and make a delicious, creamy and perfectly textured soup of your choice.
This soup maker is a compact kettle which cooks and blends delicious soups.The lid comes with a blade that is helpful to blend the soup to a creamy texture. Its program panel is in the lid with 3 different programs for soups, shakes etc.
Here, I'm sharing with you two healthy and delicious vegetable soup recipes that i have made in this soup maker. We will see if this works faster and better.
Both the soup recipes are loaded with vegetables. You can also make these soups without soup maker in a pan.
So, enjoy healthy soups as healthy soups will no longer be a messy affair. Make healthy homemade vegetable soups, shakes, desserts in the soup maker with an ample capacity of 1.2 litre .
Recipe of creamy vegatable soup:
Preparation time: 10 min. Cooking time 23: min Serves: 4
Ingredients:
150 gms mushroom( 6-7 nos.)
50 gms french beans (5-6 nos.)
1 small carrot
50 gms cabbage
50 gms peas
1 spring onion
10-12 garlic cloves
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tsp black pepper powder
1tbsp butter
800 ml water
salt to taste.
Process: In Soup Maker
Cut all the vegetables into 2 cms pieces. Put all the vegatables in the soupmaker. Keep 2-3 mushrooms and onion springs aside for granishing. Add black pepper powder, salt and rolled oats with the vegetables in the soup maker.
Add water in the soup maker upto max level as indicated in the jar. Do not exceed maximum limit.
Mix all the ingredients well with the spoon and put the lid of the soup maker.
Choose program 'creamed soup' and start. It will take 23 min. to make creamy soup.
Dice 2-3 mushrooms and onion springs into small pieces. Put pan on the flame, add butter and finely diced mushrooms and spring onion to this.
Roast mushrooms in the butter on low flame till it turns crunchy and golden. It will take a minute,
Turn off flame. Add a pinch of black pepper powder and salt to this.
After 23 minutes soup will be ready. At the time of serving creamy vegetable soup season with a spoon of roasted mushrooms and onion springs. Check salt, add more if needed.

I wonder what value addition th gadget provided for the monchow soup....one could have used a separate kadhai or soup pot to boil the vegetables ....
Even for the creamy vegetable soup, after deep boiling one could have used a hand blender for smoothening ...

Soup maker is good to make smooth soups. but veg pieces size we need to chop. no other go. But it's a very useful gadget

Thanks..... Yes, you can make this in cooker also. But in soup maker all the veggies blend evenly and you can make tasty and creamy soups in less time that tastes better than cooker made soups.

Great review video of a soup maker. I noticed that unlike in creamy mode, in chunky mode, you had put all "chopped" vegetables. Does this mean chunky mode will not "chop" the vegetables inside ? The vegetable size (big size or small size) will remain same the way we will put it in the soup maker in chunky mode?
Yes, you are right, in chunky mode or soup with pieces mode we have to put pre cut veggies in the soup maker. Practically the soup maker is good for making creamy soups and to make purees and smoothies in the compote mode.
Can we make drumstick soup in this soup maker?
Yes, Only If you take only fleshy and soft part of the drumstick and make creamy soup. As the skin of the drumstick has very hard fiber, it won't blend finely in the soup maker.

well you have to chop everything before, and 20 minutes not enough to cook vegies completely, also chicken needs to be precooked, because program time is fixed not flexible

But in a 1 litre kettle you are filling approximately liquid & veggies upto 500 ml … then how can it fill 5-6 cups of even 200 ml cup. It’s a costly thing.. would like to clear all doubts.
