    I freeze vegetables that would go off into chunks and use them for soup and add a tin of kidney beans a little oil and veggie stock in my soup maker I purchased in 2015 Giles & Posner
    if you live on your own freeze into portions in small food storage

    Hi there love your videos, excuse my ignorance but are you using the veg frozen or have you thawed it before placing it on the soup maker?

    This is my new thing recently. Just got a soup maker cause I have over a liter of fluid in my left lung so when kitchen get too hot I can't breath so soup is healthy and super easy I mainly do mild and savoury veg soup mix and scotch broth mix

    Is there a way of setting the soup maker up so the soup comes out with chunks, not pureed like baby food?

    • @SarahDeeDee
      @SarahDeeDee  3 роки тому +1

      Yes there's 2 options either smooth or chunky.

    Hello Sarah. Thanks for the video. Can I confirm with you, is it ok to put frozen veg straight in the machine and that it cooks it ok? Thanks joe

    Make sure to wash bagged vegetables. People have found live animals in there like frog etc🤢. Never trust the machines that clean the veggies lot from the farm and bag it, to do the work perfectly. Other than that really good video. Just ordered my soup maker and cannot wait to try my first batch of soup!

      @@SarahDeeDee what is a stock pot? Here in USA that is a big metal pot. Can you give a description? Picture, brand name?

    • @SarahDeeDee
      @SarahDeeDee  3 роки тому

      Its knoss stock pot. We add it to water to make stock. You could just use pre made stock/broth.

    Quantities would have been useful for those of us new to soupmakers and I like to use fresh veg so an idea for fresh would have been good too like how to prep how much etc. Sadly didn't find this helpful at all.

  • @aaronwilson9465
    @aaronwilson9465 Рік тому

    To save on washing up, just toss the stock pot into the soup maker with your water. When it blends it'll mix it around for you!
