Actually the sebum isn’t sitting in the pore. It’s a whole layer under the skin. All of us have it. Those who have an excessive amount of it are getting little (and later not so little) bumps of it. Obviously, people in these videos haven’t addressed this issue for years. Those sebum bumps got bigger, got inflamed, and finally in some cases got beyond reparable. The pinch - an opening can be done at any area on the skin and most likely the stuff comes out. But the places Thuy chooses definitely have the most of it: some already inflamed, some infected, and some not. It’s an illusion that all this stuff is coming out of the single pore. It’s not. Think of a pore as of tiny corridor and imagine that little opening is a door outside. When the squeeze is strong and wide there are more stuff collected and they are fighting to get out through the same door. Like 1000 people are trying to get out through one small door 😊 The pinch is an essential step. Some viewers complain about it. Without the proper hole, the majority of the sebum would be spreading beneath the skin to the left or to the right or back where it was, while a little portion of it would come out. It’s definitely defeat the purpose of cleaning the face. The weak touches by needle are hands down wrong and those ones display the technician’s lack of any knowledge. The weak squeezes are unprofessional, covering the opened pore with the thumb is plain stupid, intentionally stopping the coming flow is so wrong as well. Thuy is the only one who can work efficiently. She’s so caring, and just an amazing person. She’s never chatting with others while working, only with her clients. She’s never on the phone when working. She’s not ignoring her clients pain and tears. She’s the best! She has beautiful very fine skin. Looks a bit easier to extract than from thicker skin. But her skin also reacts quite a lot to the squeezing. Interesting!
This person more than likely has hundreds of blackheads and whiteheads and you only post a 10 minute video??? If there was more parts to it you'd have put "Part 1" in the title. Mega disappointed!!! This person has so many good ones!!

Tried everything to save it. no go. Still have 388 bottles left. There are grapes from Cali that have a cotton candy taste. Buying 30 pounds to try a batch after Xmas. All ready for the Holidays?
She doesn't label the shorter"series", sometimes she gives names, very rarely. Hung had a long labelled series , so did GY, but others we've had to try to I/d by numbers on glove, clothes. There may have been videos before this, there may be videos afterwards. I haven't been counting.
