Y'know what, I noticed that but definitely feels like it's appropriate. The echoes the sewers create mix with the base and reverb on this so well. Man... JSRF is a master class in artistic design.
I can just hear garam's screams echoing through the sewers while i repeatedly throw him into the water by accident trying to retrieve a graffiti soul. And then having DJ Professor K laugh hysterically at me because I'm 5 years old and I suck ass. Ahh good times 🤗 Love this mf game man JSR game in the future!!!
Brooo, don't even get me started: I spent the last 24h with this beat in mind, went through the whole Hotline Miami 1 & 2 OST and couldn't find it. Tried other games OSTs, couldn't find it either... Finally, an image just popped in my mind: the JSRF sewers!
It sucks how little modding Sunset Overdrive has. I just wanna play that game with this soundtrack. I know Bombrush is coming out next year, but just imagine the possibility of Sunset if it had proper mods
So I might be a bit deaf but at 2:55 when the music starts fading and adding a weird Asain intrument with chimes at the end might be used from Oojami - Azize, but I might be wrong on this it might because the sample here is a bit slower then Oojami's being faster.

@@Zmario116 Likely as they said: a rip straight from the game files. Which the soundtrack is designed to either loop or flow into another, so if you extract the game files you can get things like this.
