I think this comment and it's views, are held, the same, for many. How can the 'everyman' say with proof, we can't. But things can be said with conviction and a certain deep belief, that inside, are felt as quite true. This is a perfect example.
As a deer hunter, trap,skeet and sporting clays enthusiast, all I can say was Oswald shooting Kennedy twice from his firing position and hitting both times seems very incredible and well beyond belief , now could I believe one well placed lucky shot sure ok. The vehicle is moving and maybe Oswald’s marine shooting training made him a credible marksman but now you say he did it twice within several seconds…..that seems crazy hard to do, not impossible but let’s say you line up 20 expert marksmen and then re run this exact shooting event, my gut feeling is very very very few of that 20 people could pull that off, if any. So that is my view of this mystery.

It is believed that at the time the CIA suspected they had a mole passing information to the Soviet Union. To draw this person out, Oswald, would be sent to the Soviet Union as a fake defector, with his background of working at Atsugi as the tempting bait, this program was overseen by a James Angleton. The plan was to wait for the mole to access Oswalds file on his work at Atsugi, and in doing so reveal himself. Nothing ever came of this, and Oswald comes back to the US, to carry on as normal as if nothing had happened.

He knew more than half of the Dallas police officers and had relatively easy access to the building. It is doubtful therefore that his execution of Oswald was on the spur of the moment. Of courses, there are thousands of other pieces of information and evidence which just shred the Report.
One of the biggest faults with the Warren commission report is what is NOT in it. There was a lot of eyewitness testimony that was purposely overlooked because it contradicted The narrative that the Warren Commission wanted to advance.

That makes two shots and one shot completely missed the limousine which makes three shots. Because of the botched autopsy, no bullet or even a bullet fragment was recovered from Kennedy's body. Of the so called evidence of three bullets fired from the alledged rifle that killed Kennedy, only one was dubiously recovered and would never pass the the rigorous chain of command requirements that would have disqualified it from being entered as as evidence in a trial. The other two bullets ot even fragments of bullets were never recovered. All three bullets acted in distinctly disimilar ways. The bullet that struck Kennedy in the head was said be an exploding bullet but every bullet including the one left in the rifle were all of the same variety. If so, why didn't the magic bullet also explode just like the bullet that struck Kennedy in the head. The only plausible reason reason for this to happen? More than one rifle was used in the commission of this murder, Kennedy was hit by at least 3 bullets, one of which did not come from the Mannlicher Carcano, which was the alleged murder weapon that 3 shots came from - from the same 6th floor window, behind and to the right of the limousine. The lone gunman theory is therefore completely debunked by the evidence and it proves that there was at least one more gun involved in the assassination. I would say that multiple guns were shot at the limousine from other directions than from behind the limousine as the forensics of Sherry Feister, one of the best CSI investigators proved beyond a shadow of a doubt. If you don't believe me, check the verified and documented facts out yourself. There is so much smoke coming from this wildfire of so called evidence that nobody can argue the position that a lone gunman asassinated JFK. The only people who would even try to defend that conclusion, is either a fool, or has a sinister, ulterior motive for doing so. Therefore any person that is a defender of the Warren Commission Report cannot be believed because of the preponderance of all the mistakes and incompetence made throughout the investigation, made intentionally or otherwise, are simply too overwhelming to be be justified or overlooked. I was in Washington, DC when JFK was assassinated and attended the public funeral. I concluded years ago that the Mafia killed Kennedy. They set Oswald up as a patsy and he was in the book depository at the time of the shooting and also handled the rifle as planned. The Mafia could not take the chance of Oswald being the shooter even though he earned a sharpshooter ranking in the Army. Many people did that -- it doesn't mean you are a trained assassin. A Mafia gunman took the shots and left the depository without being noticed. Oswald took off as planned and killed the officer Tibbett since it thought he was going to be arrested. My dad was the same age as well and in the navy. He finished a tour of duty in Alaska 3 days prior to the shooting. He took a greyhound bus that passed through Dallas on his way back home. As a deer hunter, trap,skeet and sporting clays enthusiast, all I can say was Oswald shooting Kennedy twice from his firing position and hitting both times seems very incredible and well beyond belief , now could I believe one well placed lucky shot sure ok. The vehicle is moving and maybe Oswald’s marine shooting training made him a credible marksman but now you say he did it twice within several seconds…..that seems crazy hard to do, not impossible but let’s say you line up 20 expert marksmen and then re run this exact shooting event, my gut feeling is very very very few of that 20 people could pull that off, if any.
So that is my view of this mystery.

Thirty-five years ago I would have trusted Specter's and Belin's statements on the benefit of a doubt, but just a little research into JFK's death would reveal the flimsiness of their facade. As Penn Jones Jr. said long ago. "The only way to believe the Warren Commission Report is not to read it!" Just one instance: Jack Ruby was lengthily inside the Dallas police headquarters during the Oswald interrogations and after, as he was caught on film multiple times and recorded correcting Wade's statement during a new conference. He knew more than half of the Dallas police officers and had relatively easy access to the building. It is doubtful therefore that his execution of Oswald was on the spur of the moment. Of courses, there are thousands of other pieces of information and evidence which just shred the Report.
One of the biggest faults with the Warren commission report is what is NOT in it. There was a lot of eyewitness testimony that was purposely overlooked because it contradicted The narrative that the Warren Commission wanted to advance.

I've heard many theories, the most plausible, to me, is he was doing the bidding of mafioso Sam Giancana, from Chicago. Giancana incorrectly felt he won Illinois for JFK in 1960. Joe Kennedy made him promises that JFK didn't keep. Marcello hated both Kennedys. I may be on my own island here, but I don't think Oswald ever squeezed the trigger. Maybe the only true utterance he made was when he described himself, after being arrested, as 'just a patsy'. Shots came from more than one direction. Just four minutes later, he got off the bus and walked a few blocks to a cab stand. He hailed a cab, and the driver took him to a place in Oak Cliff that was around four blocks from his home. This conclusion was based on witness testimony by Domingo Benavides who said that after a brief talk, Oswald pulled out a revolver and shot Tippit. Helen Markham is another witness; she identified Oswald from a police line-up but only after seeing his photo on television. Another witness, Warren Reynolds, said he saw a man running away from the murder but initially said it was not Oswald. He later changed his mind.

The bullet that struck Kennedy in the head was said be an exploding bullet but every bullet including the one left in the rifle were all of the same variety. If so, why didn't the magic bullet also explode just like the bullet that struck Kennedy in the head. The only plausible reason reason for this to happen? More than one rifle was used in the commission of this murder, Kennedy was hit by at least 3 bullets, one of which did not come from the Mannlicher Carcano, which was the alleged murder weapon that 3 shots came from - from the same 6th floor window, behind and to the right of the limousine. The lone gunman theory is therefore completely debunked by the evidence and it proves that there was at least one more gun involved in the assassination. I would say that multiple guns were shot at the limousine from other directions than from behind the limousine as the forensics of Sherry Feister, one of the best CSI investigators proved beyond a shadow of a doubt. If you don't believe me, check the verified and documented facts out yourself. There is so much smoke coming from this wildfire of so called evidence that nobody can argue the position that a lone gunman asassinated JFK. The only people who would even try to defend that conclusion, is either a fool, or has a sinister, ulterior motive for doing so. I was in Washington, DC when JFK was assassinated and attended the public funeral. I concluded years ago that the Mafia killed Kennedy. My dad was the same age as well and in the navy. He finished a tour of duty in Alaska 3 days prior to the shooting. He took a greyhound bus that passed through Dallas on his way back home.
