Yamaha Radian Oil Cooler Modification (Update)

This is a follow up to the video called "Yamaha Radian Oil Cooler Modification."
This video is more factually accurate than the other one, although the other one also has some good information, so I am leaving it online.

Are there any updates as far as how it's working. I would assume it's working fine as far as the mechanics but just curious. I have the pieces on order to do this on m,y dad's Radian for a trip from NY to NC this summer.

is the oil filter housing off an fz/fj? I have an fj600 engine in my radian and I'm either trying to put a oil cooler on or put the radian oil filter housing on but I'm not sure if put the fj housings come off so I can put the radians on. I guess what I'm asking is do both leaves of the oil filter housings come off
