That is an insane take. I agree he should do jail time but “without the possibility of parole” shouldn’t even exist in the first place and you wanna give it to him for killing a bird⁈ More people need to look up how our prisons are on track to become America’s largest nursing care facilities because of all the 80 and 90 year olds there. We gotta be installing handicap ramps and special toilets in some of these prisons because the people are so old. I swear that some of you guys think if “without the possibility of parole” isn’t tacked on that it means they will get out eventually. That’s not how it works. It’s the POSSIBILITY. If someone is still violent at 80, then they’re not letting them out (or at least, they shouldn’t). But even this person who is mid-30s… your opinion is that if in 50 years and he’s not violent that he should still be in prison when he’s in his 80s? Think about your own life 50 years from now and how different of a person you could be… you don’t think people could change after 50 years in jail? What is wrong with our society? It is a sickness that we want to punish so hard instead of try to help. That man is disturbed who killed that bird. Why didn't anyone call the Police when the guys were throwing rocks at it? And also UA-cam needs to stop erasing this question as it doesn't go against community standards.
Yes, they love to remove comments.
If any comment gets erased, you need to leave spam comments about censorship, as it will draw attention to it. UA-cam quietly removes these comments because they don't want people to know, and additionally will hit accounts with "marks of censorship" but a comment with a bunch of symbols and capital letters is hard to ignore.

At 8:15 a.m. police received a call about a fight in progress at the Chevron station at 699 E. Life in prison without the possibility of parole.
That is an insane take. I agree he should do jail time but “without the possibility of parole” shouldn’t even exist in the first place and you wanna give it to him for killing a bird⁈
More people need to look up how our prisons are on track to become America’s largest nursing care facilities because of all the 80 and 90 year olds there.
Yes some people are beyond help but he may have never been seen by a psychologist but we Americans are so quick to throw away the key.
