I've been using TE for 6 years now. In the past it used to have a lot more options/commands for AppleScript than it does now, which is a bit of a bummer. However, you can still write JavaScript snippets, and those are super handy. Quick example of a silly way i use it: i have an array of urls pointing to gifs that i like as a "wtf" response, and the JS snippet will randomly pull one from that list and expand it.

Its not of any use if its not letting us to print the fields automatically for which the you guys have made the fill ins. Date function is easily usable and available on free expander extentions as well, what we really want is the we apply an snippet and and particular field like CUSTOMER CODE, ORDER CODE, ORDER PLACEMENT DATE will be printed automatically on the text by just having an extraction from the original field. Magical has the autofill feature but its also not essential for us because it also cannot detect the relevent variables. But thanks for the video and let me know whether if it is possible which I have written above?

Where on your Mac are the snippets stored?

I'm not sure since I'm on a PC. But if you open the TextExpander app you can get to all of them.
