So awesome...I live in my car in Australia and do art in my storage shed (I have permission)...I feel grateful to have a car and welfare payments to keep my car running and pay for storage...Art is fabulous for my mental health...it helps me to feel like I'm working at something...in Australia we have an excellent welfare and health care system in comparison which I am also very grateful for...I also am able to attend university on loan (which i will pay back when I get full time work...I am a 51 year old female....i love this channel, it is soooo good to see some light in the darkness on the global homelessness crisis...Thank you for filming all these people and caring...its very valuable to give these people and their circumstances a voice...it creates the public awareness necessary for real social change...ive posted this chanel on my Facebook...I pray this chanel gets much exposure in the social media...thanks again for your hard work it super matters...✌💜😁👣
This gentleman needs a home where he can also store his belongings & art. In L.A., it's incredibly difficult to get an apt. without the red tape. Landlords now subject applicants to credit & background checks + a non-refundable application fee with no guarantee for approval & they need proof of steady employment or income. Tiny homes are great solutions for 2 occupants, but they're designed for 2 strangers sharing spaces large enough to sleep in & not much else. there's a long waiting period for low income housing, so it's easy to give up & live on the streets. I'll pray for this man's success.
Really there should be an artist in Los Angeles who can help creative people who are living on the streets help display their work. There needs to be more stories like this that feature artists, musicians, writers and poets who are currently living on the streets of Los Angeles and trying to get by and keep their artistic pursuits alive while being put in a tough situation in life.

How do you mentally prep yourself with being completely homeless (as in sleeping outside)? I was almost in this situation last week. Hotel money ran out and I thought I would be outside. My roommate's family didn't want me being there at first. I was upset to the point I was crying. Yes men do cry. I was mostly upset with the fact I have never been in that situation before. I was also concerned about being attacked and my stuff being stolen as I slept
Having a plan helps. Start now if you can in case you are in that situation again. Figure out where you can sleep, shower, use the bathroom, charge your phone. If you can find a few dollars get yourself a PO Box. Many, but not all places will accept that as an address. Knowing your plan in case you end up outside can make the situation feel less unbearable and more temporary

I'm glad he's able to sell the art. I hope he makes enough to open an art gallery, where he could also teach art classes. In the mean time, I hope he has a box or something for people to put donations for looking at the art, if they don't buy it. It's great when those in need can help others in need.

How is it possible that there are people such as this gentleman having to live without a roof over their heads or on tap running water whilst there are other disgustingly rich people who avoid huge taxes, don’t pay their dues and wouldn’t even think to donate some of that unpaid tax to organisations that help people in this position. Until people figure out that when you put the left in power, this is the results. You look at any city run by the left and it always looks like a 3rd world country.
