Instant mango pickle / manga urugai
1. Take a raw mango cut into cubes .
2. Add 2-3tsp of red chilli powder ( can add more according to your taste ) & rock salt for taste
3. Store in dry and clean container . For longer shelf life store in refrigerator .
4. Can add warm oil for longer shelf life .
