The Gen 1 Prius has a belt-driven A/C compressor. However, that doesn't mean that the engine must run continuously with the A/C on. There is a "cold-storage" evaporator that maintains cold air with the compressor stopped. This IS different from a conventional vehicle, since it takes more refrigerant to fill. I believe it is quoted as 100g AFTER the bubbles in the sight glass disappear.

Anyone try to fix the brake actuator motor ? If ECU is not a problem.
I want to change brushes, i think it might solve the problem.
