I have a kingfisher 2225. I fish salmon primarily..but its outfitted for everything else you could catch.. my wife and i have lived on it for weeks with no issues. The smaller size makes it easy to trailer anywhere..but it will still handle 6 guys fishing. i love it..the best boat.. i rock it out all over the great lakes...it handles 10 ft seas no problem....very safe and rugged. Plus whatever you hit no damage a sledge and paint wont fix....buy a kingfisher.....
I have DEFINITELY noticed that Kingfisher boats (and Wooldridge boats, to some degree as well) use lower horsepower engines versus other brands of similar size and configuration. That's good. They also, have, I think, about 18 degree hull, versus Allied Boats that had about 24 degree hull in the same sized boat. Other brands were north of that 18 degrees, too. Lower degree hulls don't cut through heavy chop as well, but they are more fuel efficient, and arguably a bit more stable side-to-side (such as when anchored or slow trolling).
The 2725 seems nice, about as large as you can get while still being trailer-able wherever. Being an OTR driver I'd rather not have to deal with wide load permits whenever I trailer a boat. Plus 8' 6" beam makes it more manageable for those smaller side roads getting to little lakes here and there in the mountains. I'd keep it stored on the trailer at home mostly, as I'm on the road working a lot, it would give me peace of mind knowing it's not sitting at a marina somewhere waiting for a bad storm to come mess it up, or some idiot.. I prefer all metal boats over composites, longer lasting, lower maintenance, and easier to repair incase you do manage to damage it. I've never owned a boat, only been out on friends and family here and there. I'd certainly want something big enough to handle most conditions, but small enough that is manageable on the water and a trailer.
I've never seen OUTside head doors in the Northwest. But the very first "Great Lakes" boat of this type of configuration I saw DID have an OUTside door - I was surprised. Weird.
What's with the auxiliary ! 4 late model 4 strokes 2 of them toggle controls... sorry don't need an auxiliary. Or the massive distance to reach around the main motors. Pass !😎👍
Theres no style or fun with those boats cause the weather is shit nobody is laying out and nobody is getting in that cold ass water lol. Completely different water worlds, Florida vrs Seattle
anything that ourboard - may interest us from Malaysia..love this boat so much.thank you again showing this
Thanks for posting this video! Love the 3025!

Great camera work. Nice and steady!
what's price range on these?
Alfed if you go back to Seattle you got to check out the sheriff and fire boats in the area. They some of the most badass rib boats out there.
Katrina God willing next year's 2021 show
125 mile range on the 2725 ? I'm thinking you meant 225? 100 gal tank with twin 150's should get at least 2mpg. Right?
my thoughts too, but there's no correction here ? hmmm
Great, informative video. Would love to see some of their prices too.
i am confuse about this is aluminum boat can we operate in salter water because salter water will corrosive aluminum.
Saltwater will not rust aluminum
People run aluminum boats in the ocean in near shore or off shore all the time.

i guide on a 28 foot kingfisher to light for offshore and if your to tall to low for the back steering and i will like more room for fishing
your numbers are suspect. 45 mph top speed, but recomended cruise is only 22 ? and a range of only 125 miles ? Is that true ?
Where is the rod holders, he did say it's a fishing boat?
Brother will show the video of a medium size fishing boat and its price
Aesthetics And you're showing Through Bolt heads in the cabin dam! SAD ? cover/hide ?

Hate to be negative but as soon as he said preflexed aluminum and saw that cabin door I'm out other than that good video Alfred

Not in ocean? Why?
@@jauxed i like more heavy for offshore
