Full Recipe:
//GORDITA MASA //
2 cups of Maseca / Corn Flour
3/4 Water ( Varies)
1 Tsp Salt
//SALSA //
9 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
sprinkle of Chili flakes
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Garlic powder
//VEGAN MEAT FILLING//
1 packet of IMPOSSIBLE MEAT
4 Potatoes
1 Onion
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili powder
(Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking)

If you keep the hairy, root end of the onion attached while you slice and chop, you'll cry less and sometimes not at all. The chemicals that make you cry are in the root end. I never cut it off or cut into it.
