I am a bachelor and started making my meals since May 2020 (thanks to lockdown), before that I have never made anything in my life except chai, Maggie and poha. But after learning from your videos, I made chicken biryani, chicken stew, rohu fish, Veg pulao, lauki, bhindi masala ,etc etc . anee salman Dry roast 1/2 cup coriander seeds, 2 tbsp toor dal, 2 tbsp chana dal, 2 tbsp urad dal, 1/2 tbsp jeera, 1/4 tsp methi, 1 tsp pepper, 1tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp hing, 15-20 whole dry kashmiri chillies, handful of curry leaves. Dry roast all dals together and others separately. Grind into fine powder and store.
