Let's have some fun and express our opinions. These are my opinions and could be wrong. I am trying to have fun, joke around, and not be too serious. I understand this update is good and bad for many in the KDM fan base.

I agree that the early game is my favourite too ...but not because its hard. It's because it's not too fiddly and you are building a story and direction for your settlement, so its compelling as well.

Just my opinion but arc survivors are too difficult to teach new players in my opinion.
They mostly remind me of a Dragon King or Sunstalker campaign. You get more attached the longer they live and they tend to live longer so I think it’s more immersive.
I’m not sure they are too powerful either. You had to restart 3 times to get to LY 7!
I think the late game is won in the first 5 LY’s (more or less).
Thanks for your posts! I’m looking forward to you doing a Season 5 with arc survivors (or would it be Season 6?).

So far into ly 3 loving it. Feel arc survivors are balanced but also part of the system power creeping. Perhaps some philosophies are a bit broken... But it was all the same since core, strength loops, insanity loops, etc etc etc... i think the system is more engaging than just draw a card and see what you get.

Since you forgot Atnas in the non-spoiler review can you give a timestamp of when you talk about him here? Dont want the rest of the spoilers but want Atnas opinions :D How could you forget him... Hes my favorite miniature that has come out from KDM so far :D

Listening to this discussion is frustrating for me. Ive tried 3 Dream campaigns and never once ever found anything to be obscenely broken or OP.
I feel like I'm playing a different game. Where are all these stats coming from? Every knowledge I get just adds a small ability. Oh cool I can make myself suffer a brain trauma. Trying to figure out if I'm bad at the game or just unlucky lol

Bra, do you think theres a chance you didnt like Gambler because you didnt interface with his mechanics?

U guys need to realize that u 3 are not representative of the typical KDM player. Its useful that we have people like u "stressing the system" to filter the truly broken stuff, but 99% of the time, players wont kill 4 survivors each showdown in order to create a 10str 10eva survivor with dark impulse 3.
I made that observation during this discussion, that for the majority of players who are more story focused, it's probably fine.
Do we have something official about Dark Impulse? Movement? Is there a cap?
