The kid didn't respond, but Whitty was hearing him humming something. It sounded like... a song.

I think gf died in a car accident and boyfriend lost lots of blood, so gf's blood was donated to boyfriend to keep him alive. And he remembered the incident and the heartrate beep was gf's before when she died maybee cause his bed was next to her bed
Or my theory is the "...metal slamming into metal..." part made me think when that happened bf hit his head on the steering wheel VERY hard and he got a glimpse of his hands and saw that there was blood on them. He noticed that wasn't his blood. He then passed out. A few hours later he woke up in the hospital. The doctors told him that he was ok, but they also told him that his girlfriend died. That made bf furious and angry. A few weeks later he got dementia. And that's where this video started.
Well with the mods that are out now and/or what ifs that could have happened in FNF its possible that A. Week 4 ended on a downright horrible note, complete with those who were on top of that fancy limo getting tossed headfirst. Or B. The Static Memories mod was the start of all this (Bf suddenly had an urge to sing while driving and stopped paying attention to the road, which caused the wreck). Its more than likely B now cause while BF and the Doctor were performing some ladles checkups, the Lemon Demon (more than likely an illusion in his brain) was taunting BF about how if he said anything about him, BF would never be able to leave the hospital. Funnily enough, after he gets cleared to be discharged, BF and the demon have an(albeit weird) heart to heart about GF. At the end they both agree......that they really miss her. That alludes that she didn't survive the crash...
I love how Lo-Fight has the repeating lines so it sounds like Whitty is trying to remind him what the notes are

No. Girlfriend and bf was enjoying their time suddenly a car crash happened. Gf was bleeding. Bf survived but had a brain damage. Then they r at hospital. Gf was hardly trying to not leave her body but she lost alot blood and couldn't survive. Now this is the reason why bf had dementia

Boyfriend with dementia makes me feel depressed, he’s my comfort character
He isnt to me but it does make me sad when i come to the topic of death
It really is sad. To not only lose your memory and part of your mental ability , but to lose the person you love on top of that. He’s suffering in his own mind, unable to remember why he is even suffering, but knowing that he is. My aunt died of Alzheimer’s and she was like this. Such a vile disease, I’d sooner have cancer and die as myself then as a empty shell . I’m glad that she doesn’t suffer anymore .

so, let me get this straight: when the flash back of bf came into his mind it said 'the blood was not his' and when they started the rap battle he herd someone dying in there death bed in the hospital so I think the gf died
It was the boyfriend who died. This mod is about him having dementia, and in the final stage of it, you suddenly remember everything (Referenced in the dialogue before "Ballistic"). That is the terminal lucidity in the final part of dementia. Sounds good on the face of it...but that final stage of dementia is when you're moments from death. So you remember everything, right before dying. It's said that in a lot of cases, people in the last stage of dementia sing their favourite song before death.
