I think the reason she is chill in the hall of judgement is because either sans isn't angry and having a breakdown like whitty is or yes just so good at hiding his emotions as seen in the game as he hides his distrust of you until you kill papyrus and even then he talks very calmly about how he isn't having revenge but is simply doing his job punishing the wicked and protecting the barrier.
