That was an awesome workout! I love the creative ways you used the foam roller for strengthening exercises rather than the traditional stretching exercises.
I have back issues. I've had a 36-in foam roll laying around. I got on the floor couldn't get up. I rolled around with that thing finally got it under my back long ways tailbone to back of head laid there for 45 minutes popping and cracking I was able to get up these things are amazing

Excellent ! I have a black roller that I use to roll out. Now I will use it with my Pilates Practice.
