Who is retarded enough to park at a driveway or parking exit? Who are these people? How did they come to be? Joking aside - I have always thought such drivers are retarded.
I remember in my home town about 10 years ago, i read a story about someone who parked their car in someone elses driveway. They were dumb enough to leave their keys inside and the homeowner apparently drove their car 2 hours away to Toronto and parked their car at the airport. apparently it took a month before it was impounded and there was almost $1000 in parking fees, hundreds for towing, and then storage on top of that. I think the man was charged with joyriding but wasn't made to pay the parking or impound fees.
I live near a school and parents are always blocking or partially blocking my driveway when they drop off their kids or when they pick them up. I’ve been late to work because of them. Oh, and they get confrontational if you tell them something. Smh.
I personally know an old Geezer who thinks the sidewalk in front of his house is his., Finally the City came and took care of it. Don't know who called it in, but I wish I was there to see his face.😜
I feel like... all driveway entrances should be painted red by cities anyway in places like that where driveways are regularly blocked.

I’ve seen the city workers in my area do sloppy painting jobs so I wouldn’t necessarily use that as an indicator.

Lol, In my city, I just go to the permit office and pay the city to officially paint it for me. Cost me $130 and no risk of illegal painting.
Isn't that why we pay our taxes? You shouldn't have to pay for something that they should have done. But good for you doing it legally

This should be legal no matter. If you live there, you own it.
curbs are city property
Sidewalk too. You are owed driveway access, nothing more.
The police were not able to find the information because that would probably be a civil infraction. Not criminal.
I'd be literally pushing the cars into the middle of the street with my car fuck that

In most municipalities he is more than likely responsible for it so in a way it is his, even though it’s also a public right of way easement.
in most places they do own the side walks... thats why they have to shovel them and are responsible for if some gets injured on the sidewalk.
yet if YOU let that grass grow next to that curb YOUR ass gets the fine
