- Finally got my hands on the new TRD Crawz and Finesse Bulletz weedless hooks. They look great and catch fish just as well. Can't wait to continue to throw these in grassy areas where traditional ned tactics wouldn't work very well.

Good one 👍 What size (Finesse Bulletz) would you recommend for 9 to 6.5 feet of water (small lake)?
Cheers
_Good morning, Congratulations, beautiful_ *Video.*
_Have a very successful week!_ 👍🎣🐟🐠
Yeah buddy! I think you did a great job with this video, look forward to seeing you smash them on this bait soon. Thanks again for giving me one :)
how do you find snags on wood and rocks?
normal Zman shroomz get hung up on me so often I don't use them because I loose them in matter go moments. this looks like it might be a lot better.
I've forgotten my paddle too 😅
Great video. I'll have to check out those Bulletz hooks!
Those TRD CrawZ and Finesse BulletZ look awesome. Can't wait to try them.
The TRD crawZ works so good on Ned rigs for smallies
This is a great bait, i've been very successful on this bait and the normal TRD. Great video👍
I agree. I'm really happy with how durable the claws are too. I'm still using the first one that I took out of the package!
Well if i hadn't gotten snagged I think i would still be on my first one. HAHA
Thankyou for your video! I have never finesse fished before. And I just bought these same TRD crawz and Bulletz. What is the actual technique that you are using with the bait? Thankyou kindly!
I mostly just cast it out there, let it fall on semi-slack line, then give it a couple "hops" off the bottom. Let it sit for a second and then a few more hops. Reel in a bit and repeat. I'll vary it a bit depending on the day, but that's my baseline.
My buddy did a good video outlining some of the best retrieve techniques for ned rig/finesse fishing. Here's a link to that. ua-cam.com/video/2Ebzo8V0Hvw/v-deo.html
dang that looks super realistic! I havn't seen one that live-like before
Yeah they look sweet! I think they're gonna tear it up in the rivers.
Those look awesome...makes me wana pick em up!
Wow, tkank you for hands on real fishing, that Z pattern is proof in the pudding.
i was literally fishing this lake in the same week and only caught one lmb. solid 3 pounder on a spinnerbait. nothing else was really working though.
That lake has been so hit or miss for me. I'll smash em one week and get skunked the next!
@@FishOClockSomewhere theres so many sunfish in there. from 3 inches to 9. probably has to do with good ol mr moon
What brand and model rod were you using here? I may have the same one lol
Cabela's Tourney Trail 7' ML. It's served me well for Ned Rigs for sure.
Keep grinding man your content is 🔥 🔥 🔥 you’re channel will grow in no time !
Thanks!
Is this better than the regular trd in your opinion?
Both are great baits. Kinda depends on the situation and conditions as to which bait will work better. I chose one or the other based on the water I'll be fishing, but I have confidence in both!
Hello sir, WHat Kayak are you using?
It's a Future Beach Voyager. Picked it up on sale for less than $200!
Nice job
GO BLUE!!!
Go Bucks!!!!! O-H
👎👎👎
In all seriousness though, thanks for watching!
where are you fishing at in this video
Campau lake in West Michigan.
@@FishOClockSomewhere Im from southern Michigan I still visit family up there .That looked a lot like Palmer Lake in Colon MI. Same dock and lawn set up and everything . ( where you landed the first fish. ) I had to play that back a few times I was like wait a minute is that Palmer lake lol.
I know that lake... are you in Michigan?
Yep! Grand Rapids area.
We'll keep that location "disclosed" lol have you caught any musky out of there yet... I just started yak fishing that lake this summer.... just moved in the area
@@rahmonster24 I haven't, but I also haven't really fished for them. I've seen pictures of some pretty good ones coming out of that lake though
Well like I said I'm new to this area and if you're ever looking for someone to fish with I'm always game
@@rahmonster24 sounds good man, I'm always down to get the yak out too. We'll have to make it happen sometime this summer.
Like your vid. Just subscribed.
Thanks, I really appreciate it!
Hi
Thanks for the vid👍
What diameter/lb line are you using?
Cheers
I use 10 lb yellow braid as a main line and then tie an 8lb mono leader on for my ned rig setup. I usually start with a 6 or 7ish foot leader and use it until there's a few feet left, then tie a new one on. Fluoro would be good too as a leader, but I'm too cheap, haha.
