  • Learn from PBR stock contractor Troy Brown and how he takes care of some of the PBR's most important athletes, the PBR bucking bulls.
    Every Professional Bull Riders event includes two athletes - the bull rider and the bull. Every day during June 2015, the PBR will celebrate the bulls - those 2,000 pound athletes who are the heart of the PBR. The PBR will highlight the bulls with stories, photo galleries, videos all accessible on PBR.com.
    About the Professional Bull Riders:
    The premier bull riding organization in the world began as a dream of 20 bull riders 23 years ago and is now a global sports phenomenon. PBR broadcasts reach more than half a billion households in 50 nations and territories around the world, and more than 2.5 million fans attend live events each year. The PBR features the Top 35 bull riders in the world and the top bulls in the business. Three circuits, the televised Built Ford Tough Series, the BlueDEF Velocity Tour and the Touring Pro Division, have paid more than $140 million in earnings to its athletes. Twenty-seven men have earned more than $1 million, including three-time World Champion Silvano Alves who, in just 54 months, won more than $5.2 million to become the richest bull rider in history. 2013 World Champion J.B. Mauney and two-time World Champion Justin McBride have also surpassed $5.1 million in earnings.     I 100% expected him to say;
    *”that’s what I want to do when I get older…I wanna retire and become a bull!”*

      Like Dustin said, its private property and Im guessing the PBR uses them year after year and they dont want to burn the bridge with them or anyone in the area, because if you let one person know where they keep the bulls, then everyone will know where the bulls are. Its also a security issue for the stock contractors because even though Im sure that the majority of the people are kind hearted, you have to think about those who arent. Im sure there are those who wouldnt think twice about stealing cattle, sabotaging the bulls, or even the stock contractors as they come in to check on their bulls. Theres a lot you have to think about with these kind of events

    The people who watch and love rodeo, know the bulls are treated well. Videos, common sense and logic will not change the minds of these tree huggers that think rodeo livestock is miss treated. Let's realize that and move on, haters are gonna hate.

    John 1:45-46
    Philip found Nathanael and said to him, "We have found Him of whom Moses in the Law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph." Nathanael said to him, "Can anything good come out of Nazareth?" Philip said to him, "Come and see."

    But....if the rope didn't bother the bulls, why do they try so hard to get it off of them? And don't tell me they're trained to do that. The rope bugs the hell out of them, or they'd not try to kick it off like they do. No, it's not going around their testicles, but nonetheless.....it's obviously not an enjoyable experience for them. That's what people protest. The animal can't consent to being part of this sport. Humans can make the decision to engage, the bulls can't. That's another thing people protest. All a bull really wants and needs is a good pasture and some lady friends, food and water. That's all he cares about in life. Not medals, buckles, or winning "rank bull" titles. Those are human things. And they may or may not do this in present day events, but they have used electric prods to "encourage" (for lack of a better word) the bulls to buck once the shoot opens. I have seen it first hand. I notice the guy didn''t address that rumor in this video.....probably because it's a true fact. People protest rodeos for a reason, not to be a pain in the ass. If others choose to not see the concerns others have, well.....that's on them.

      They ARE trained to buck. Look it up for yourself if you want to be sure of it. Enhancing a natural or bread ability in the animal, that's the definition of training.

      Well, your name fits!! Bulls buck naturally anyway. Just like horses. These bulls are bred to buck as a job. Stop assuming that bulls don't like to do something. Stop assuming that everyone mistreats the animals that they ride. He didn't address the cattle prod, because he wasn't asked about it. And you Animal "rights" activists, forget that there are different type of cattle prods. If you care so much about these bulls, why don't you go work for a rancher and learn how these bulls are actually cared for. Learn how they are a huge part of a ranchers life, and business. Better yet, go work for someone who has rodeo stock.

      Bulls know what they are doing. They know they are bad and know they are athletes
