- Triple R Bull Company in Western Maryland specializes in raising and training bucking bulls for the rodeo, aka "the most dangerous 8 seconds in sports." Produced for Maryland Farm & Harvest on Maryland Public TV.
When I rode my first bull I was scared like no other after the first time I wanted to do it again bull riding is so much fun
Stihl Strong I ride Brahman Bulls, but I’ve trained them to be saddle broke. Still the best feeling riding a 1.5ton bull though
Same here! Although i was on for 7 seconds and did pretty good for my first time my spur git stuck on the rope and got my arm stepped on! I still do it tho
The exact way I was
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m in East Texas like WHAT?????? but in in all seriousness he looks amazing and the bulls are awesome
Nothing better than living the American Dream
Where hurting other animals even humans is cool.
@@Joe.484 who the hell told you rodeos hurt their animals!
Excellent ENTERTAINMENT, of what it used to be✌️😉🤠👍 .
Absolutely amazing. I can't wait to start riding bulls in the future.
People who say rodeos are abusive to their animals really annoy me and piss me off! PBR stock contractor Chad Berger said "Anybody that says bulls are mistreated in rodeos needs to get an education regarding the sport, because I don't know of an animal that gets treated better than a bucking bull!".
All of you rodeo haters and mediocre animal activists out there, GET A GRIP!! If you all say that rodeos are nothing but a circus full of animal abuse, it clearly shows me that you have no knowledge of the sport of rodeo whatsoever or you have never been to a rodeo in your life or seen it online until now!
Prove me wrong if you feel like it!
"you have never been to a rodeo in your life or seen it online until now!"
Yeah because obviously seeing the "performance" is going to tell me how the animals are treated behind the scenes, and don't come with the little autistic argument of "they're treated better than dogs",no nigga they aren't,we both know that they go to get slaughtered when they get too old for this little inbred show.
@@Star-Bubbles123 WHO THE HELL TOLD YOU THAT!!!
@@pitgroove.37_66 Statistics
@@Star-Bubbles123 and where did you learn those statistics from!
@@Star-Bubbles123 and where did you even learn that these animals go to slaughter when they're retired!
Very nice video. Best wishes from Austria
People automatically think Texas? Nope, guess again.. sure city folks who have no interaction with animals other than movies think Texas but Cowboy/rodeo culture is Big over on the West Coast. Parts of California, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and of course my home state Arizona. Here in Arizona we have the 2 worlds oldest rodeos.
And the Actual Buisness of breeding and creating a registry for bucking bulls, started in Ca,by a man named Alex Nacarato...
Ye ye!! Arizonian here too! Lol I love the rodeos!
You forgot about the south to.
Oklahoma!!!🤙
True, but why people think Texas is because Texas has the type of climate to rodeo year around, while states like Utah, Washington and Colorado can only rodeo during summers
I got the bug, I’m gonna train all winter and spring 2020 I’ll be going Rimbey, AB for my first event
First thing I think is lane frost jb mauney and bushwacker and Cheyenne
I'm riding this winter
Very good video I watched it like 10 times straight....BUCKING BULLS AN PUNCHING FOOLS
@Hayden Taylor you know it💯💯
Yes sir, I got some up here in eastern pa
Anyone no the name of the bull that got a second chance after having a neck injury? Would like to follow its progress.
Hamburger Express
the first thing people think when people say rodeo is ohhh shit
In sep. 2019 I will ried a steer at a rodeo
You sure. You can even spell ride
@@nottfue2565 hay give the kid a brake he is probably only 7
i hope karma hits you so hard. RODEOS ARE ABUSIVE
GalazyHorse100 how?
Did you ride yet? If so how did you do?
Some of these comments are from people who don’t know what they are talking about!
Guy takes good care of his balls :)
This video is five years old. It’s obsolete. It’s all digital now! 😉
Omg this commentator is horrible, "It may look like a scene out of the Wild West" what? Lmao
What do you feed your bulls
nothing. rodeos make bulls as uncomfortable as possible.
Kayzy_YT what? That is completely false...
Ty Deal usually bulls graze on grass during the warmer months, and during the winter, they are fed different feeds such as hay and special high protein and carbohydrate feed that is used to keep them in peak condition.
GalazyHorse100, Just leave and quit hating if you know nothing about rodeo you dumbass.
@@seungminnzz it sounds to me like you don't know anything about what goes on behind the scenes as far as caring for a bull.
Just like a race horse is fed quality grain in order to keep them healthy, it's the same thing with bucking bulls and bucking horses. Do your research before trying to make that lame of a statement
Rodeo is big in maryland.
What?
@@tobyjenny7622 yea its huge here
What did you guys do with the ones that dosnt buck
They will more than likely end up getting sold or end up in the super market

Raul Pelayo
Didn't you enjoy the last hamburger you had?
No the bulls get put out to pasture for breeding and protection of hefers. Cows are the meat makers. Bulls have to much testosterone if they are castrated as a calf and it makes the meat super tough and chewy it's no good for supermarkets
If they aren't *
I hope the covid bull shit didn’t hurt you guys too bad
👌👍
interesting, informative....... but would a bull buckle, if there wouldn't be a flank strap? - what I mean is, are bulls this wild by nature or is it the human who gets em to do it so? (sorry I'm German and a Lady, that means, I have no idea. 😉)
They would, it's just that the flank strap only encourages them to buck and kick higher
@@pitgroove.37_66 thank you, for the infomation. 😊
@@Cody2nd oh ok, I'm pretty sure that's what I meant though. I'm well aware that raising a rodeo bull is not at all like raising your average farm bull
you think of Texas ?? seriously ? no I think of Mexico
The flank rope doesn’t do anything
It does a few things makes them kick harder and let’s them focus on something other than just the rider that way their form is better when bucking
Yep, yep my base is whitewater
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
I ride Bulls just like and im only 12 years old
the horses and bulls are abused
Elin Prausnitz they really ain’t they are actually treated really good
Another peta activist like we haven't seen that before.
@@bullriding505rodriguez2 yep thats why their tazed gd one
Roseanna Spears they do it to encourage bucking and to get them to jump
Roseanna Spears they aren’t shocked at all there’s the flank strap that’s covered with wool so it’s not painful it’s more like a big you can’t get to.
"It makes you feel good too that you gave him a chance" MORE LIKE "It makes you feel good too that you ABUSE EVERY COW AT A RODEO" ... ;-;
I'm guessing your with peta, damn liberal that rides man instead of bulls. Your so uneducated about this sport and such a fucking puss grow up.
Roseanna Spears them bulls are pampered stop with the bullshit. If you’ve never grown up around them don’t judge pussy
@@copenhagenhigh597 NOT liberal. Too far to the left
Cow at a rodeo?? Lmao theres a difference between a bull and a cow...like BIG difference smdh
School can wait. I can't stop laughing at that uneducated comment.
I go to rodeos yee ha
Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy 🖕
...... are you an asshole!
Why not
This is so dumb
@@hannahgilly1448 the sport of rodeo? Why
0:37 "When you say 'rodeo' or 'bull riding" they automatically think 'Texas" AHEM IT SHOULD BE "When you say 'rodeo' or 'bull riding' they automatically think "ABUSE" gob forbid
Kayzy_YT you’re stupid. They’re bred to buck so they naturally do it. Outside of the rodeo they get treated and fed like royalty. Do your research before you’re gonna parade around telling people things that ain’t true.
Reid Bankert they don’t “naturally” do that! Before the bulls are let out of the TIGHT SPACE they are in, they are socked and tased in the butt! If you knew ANYTHING about rodeos, you would know that.
GalazyHorse100 I do know stuff about rodeos. Ask any local rodeo to let you go back behind the chutes and you’ll find the truth.
@@reidbankert4425 The truth: They kick, whip, tase, beat, and shock all their animals. Go watch youtuber raleighlink14 because she is an animal activist and she knows all the abuse behind rodeos. The only people who fight for rodeos are people who are work for the industry. So im guessing you do. Go to hell
GalazyHorse100 maybe you could change the rodeo industry if you went out into the world and did something about it. You can’t just sit back and complain about stuff that you’re not trying to change. I’ve done all that I can to tell you that at least where I’m from we do not beat our animals. I know for sure there are places that do this but I’m not one of them and you don’t know that I have or haven’t so you can’t tell me to “go to hell”. God bless you and have a great day ma’am
Dumbest sport ever! 😴
