Big Data is a hot topic right now. Companies love using data to predict behaivour and encourage sales, by offering a discount for example. People like to be offered discounts but it also scares them. Nobody wants a company to predict their behaivour from a human instinct point of view. Customers will begin to behave erratically if they think you can predict what they will do next.
