The format is really good, your banter is often hilarious, (whether intentionally or not) and I learn a lot about the game every time thanks to the regular and clear explanations of what's going on. Cheeky Capos or no cheeky Capos, it's always a good time! I hope you continue to have a such good time producing these weekly videos that you never stop doing them. Long may the Salt King reign!

Watching mandos tank all those hits after losing maul would have made me put on the crown too. At least the AAT blasted that cheeky capo off the board.

I was sorry to see that the cheeky Capo didn't hold up very well on defense against the tank - there were some insane saves in this game! And some nice B1 does as well 😮
Exactly. I noticed this mistake like 3 activations later and kicked myself for it. At the time I was like “wow this is a cool magna dice pool” then realized I screwed it up lol

Cheeky capo! How did those mando’s use rockets and their dice pools? Rockets are range 4 only for them and limited visibility is at 3 for round 2… unless I’m missing an errata or something
The shadow mandos with the big RRG update a while ago are now 1-4. Since it’s printed 4 it’s 1-4. One shot the rocket for the blast and crit others shot their range 3 weapons for more dice. Thanks for watching! -Joe
Hi, thanks for the videos! I just got the game and am trying to learn. I'm wondering about the shot at 16:15. 1. Why do the magnas have heavy cover? Is it because the corps leader isn't touching the terrain? 2. Would move/shoot have been better than aim/shoot? Move to touch the terrain and get all minis in LOS adds a black die (from the mini that gained LOS) and then does that remove cover so that the first two hits aren't canceled? Are there other concerns about flanking/angles/range? Again, great videos! Thanks!
Yes, they are shooting with parts of the shot through the terrain and the leader isn’t touching it. If you wanted a clear shot negating heavy cover is better then an aim in most cases since it’s a for sure prevent two dice from being removed. But he may wanted to keep his cover and distance in case he gets shot again. Thanks for watching! -Joe

Hello guys, haven't see the match yet, but i Wonder if for the next tournaments (only an idea) it is possible to Write the name of the armies on the little table for the recap. I mean, I am French so I absolutely dont know your Names at all and omg thats freaking hard to recognize them. However the army is easy to assimilate
I don't know about cheeky capos, but I'm wondering about those mando + rockets dice pools. IIRC, the mando rockets are range 4 only but the marksman and regular buddies cap out at range 3. I'm not sure that you can mix the rockets with any other weapons unless there's something that I don't know about...

@ashleyshiner9153 it’s from a while back when the new rule book came out. Since there is no minimum listed on the card it becomes range 1-4. If you are on discord I am use any legion discord could link you too it.
Oh, I see. It looks like page 10 of the rulebook says: Sometimes, more than one number is shown-in this case, the first number represents the minimum range, and the second number represents the maximum range. If only a single number is shown, then that is the maximum range for that effect. which seems to imply that there is no minimum. Neat-o. As someone who likes to play shadow collective, this makes the rockets a lot more appealing :). Thanks!

Don, you gotta stop reminding players about tokens in tournament games, even if its all for fun. The surge on that b1 attack could also be used for defensive purposes and you reminding the player it can be used for offensive purposes could effect the game. :)
Most of the time, not always. They bring it to the table and say they have it for use if the roll a surge etc. so we don’t remind about tokens unless the stated before the roll and just forgot cause some people get a little nervous on camera :) -Joe

The problem is for the viewer that was a few second transition for us filming it was picking the cards then 15 minutes of deployment and setting up the first turn haha
