- Honey come on in the room! So earlier my Support room asked me too cook something with a little asian flavor. I'm using what I have so lets do it!
I’m going to use cauliflower rice blend with kale and Sweet Potato
Peas
Mushrooms
Fresh Tuscan kale
Nori furikake
Green onions
Ginger
Garlic
Liquid Aminos
Garlic chili paste
Garlic & Green Onion Teriyaki
And prolly extra prayer lol

ah I weighed myself on the forth day and was down 8lbs.....I was definitely a heavy meat eater but also suffered from aches and pain.....I’m also a brain tumor survivor! And one of my goals after recovery was to change what I eat completely, change my lifestyle! I’m down now all together 11lbs. I find myself less hungry and I’m happy!☺️

Mary C I made, mushroom and walnut tacos, bean burgers, I also tried the carrot dogs lol, my husband doesn’t eat meat and he’s a great cook so we do a lot....! I just love this lifestyle change my thoughts are even better lol
I’m in college and canned foods come in clutch. To help, I rinse vegetables and beans to get rid of some of the salt and preservative. Got to get it how we live!🤷🏾♀️ I get a lot of canned foods from a food bank.
I hear you. I myself , can be bad with fresh fruit and vegetables , so for convince, I use canned or frozen.No spoilage and can use when needed.
I totally get you! I was the same way when I was in college. I was experiencing a lot of food scarcity back then. I am glad you have access to a food bank. Good luck with your studies, if you are still working on that degree!

As a child I would ger in trouble for dancing at the table when the food was good. My Granny didnt realize it was a compliment. I still dance when the food is delicious. Love cauliflower stir fry

@Tabitha Brown -- I love what you said at around the 6:30 minute mark, about not being judgmental about what other people eat. I agree 100%. Especially when it comes to disaster preparedness, like you said. You keep an earthquake kit with canned foods, etc., same here, only I'm in Florida so it's a hurricane kit. You are right - people are doing the very best they can. Well said.
