Thoughts, never criticism, if you precut the groves in the full length 2x4's with a circular saw, or even better a table saw. You could save that poor router a lot of grief. Even on the embedded, upright posts set up a guide and cut most of the groves with the circular saw.

It's the little things that make a huge difference love watching the videos keep up the amazing work
I use my Bluetti AC300/B300 for 100% of my power in the country during the late fall, winter and spring. During the summer I have to use a generator for the air conditioning since I'm in Central Texas. The Bluetti is connected to 6 solar panels for charging and I run Cpap and fan all night except during part of the winter.

Loved the gate opener surprise .. I was literally thinking you needed something like that seconds before. I have an adjustable aluminum pole I use for rolling paint .. goes way quicker and allows you to keep a distance from the wall to easier see inconsistencies etc. and no need for stools or ladders. (just a suggestion)

You’re definitely going to appreciate that gate opener. I installed mine 3 yrs ago but added a vehicle sensor to open it on my way out…don’t wanna wear the remote button out LOL. Really only added the sensor so I don’t have to follow visitors 1000 ft to open it for them. Delivery drivers all have their own entry code so I don’t have to let them in. Your drywall work brings up fond memories for me, finished all my drywall over the winter. By “fond” I mean I’m glad it’s all behind me…forever!

I know why you said you guys haven’t been digging holes but I wouldn’t pump that water out especially if you’re going to be using concrete to set those post I would leave the water in and just pour the concrete in with whatever water is in there cause you’re gonna need water anyways That’s just my thought process. 13:35

Just curious if you guys are putting gates in the fence around all sides large enough to pull in tractors or trucks so you don’t always have to backtrack to one entrance?
Yes we will have a gate on each side of the fence
