    Maria, I will be tracking blue zones in 2024 as you’ve inspired me to do it. Not sure if I can do the fasting as I’m currently breastfeeding, but fasting is something I did periodically before pregnancy and it was such a great help for losing weight for me. The fasting I did was since evening until breakfast or lunch the next day (12 or 14 hours without eating), only drinking water during those intervals. At first it was hard, but then my body got used to it. Even now I have a hard time eating dinner, as my body was used to skipping that meal and I actually sleep much better without it.
    Anyway, I hope this wasn’t a bore to read. I’m just so inspired for this new year with my newborn daughter. Just like you, I’m inspired to be healthier, and also to be a better person myself. Thanks for this video and all the great ideas. Have a wonderful Christmas and happy new year. x
