Ovarian Cancer survivor here (10 years so far!) ! it's definitely a whirlwind but soooo important to keep a health planner or notebook for me -- chemo brain is for real!! I've been on different chemos continually for 10 years now and my planner is my most important every day carry! I actually feel anxious if I forget to bring it! hahah!! Hoping you are thriving! watching quite a bit in the future from initial posting but it’s very nice to see someone else in the planning community with chronic conditions! i was looking for inspo for my health planner but a lot of people were using it for more athletic purposes and i was looking for symptom tracking, so i’m so glad your video came up! :) thank you so much for sharing!
Papertess’ weeks was very popular this year. And I’m glad you got one for 2024. It’s a good layout for health/wellness. Love my SI as well but depends definitely on how much structure you need. The veg tanned can be different texture as it’s full grain and depends on the hide.
I feel really lucky to have one, and extremely surprised how well it's working! Love those happy little accidents. Yes, I have been looking at more veg tanned and see the variety of grains. I was expecting it to be nice, but wow, it feels perfect! Thanks so much for watching ✨

It was a Hobonichi I ordered off of Amazon for 2023. They do an animal each year.
