So great his brother can tell us all these true stories and show us the true Bruce Lee,. This is
not one of the versions that people that didn't really know him tell us, to get their 15 minutes of fame.

Ive encountered a few tough bumps in the road, Id get so badly stressed out , One time .... I honestly pitcured Bruce in my head & thought what if he was dealing with this issue instead of me ... thats when it made me realize this isnt so bad of a situation as I made it out to be in my head. Bruce is the never present Guide, , Just a tiny something that you gravitate towards when times are tough. He did leave a lot of "I can do it watch me in peoples heads. Inspiration.

I would love to meet this Gentleman. It's so nice hear him talk about his brother like that. I may never be able to talk to /or meet Bruce Lee, but I can certainly know what kind of person he was through listening to stories such as these. I've had to rely on a similar situation with my own Grandfather, who died very young and unexpectedly. Things like this help keep someone alive to those who would give anything to be able to talk to them just once.
    Very nice.

That's true. What most people don't realize is he preferred punching in his fights. Kicking leaves you vulnerable. Wing chun style Kung Fu is very complicated. There's over 100 different moves in just punching

Jack Mehan he didn’t like to fight, he got in so many fight when he was younger and he knew the damage he could do, and who was he going to fight a dumb karate championship match with rules and Gay point system.

@Jack Mehan go fukk yerself. Bruce Lee was the real deal. The fight scenes in all his movies were made by a professional fighter. Something you aren't. He inspired people to learn martial arts. Theyre the ones that'll tell you the same thing :you don't know shit.

thanks for posting, I really enjoyed listening to Robert and watching his facial expressions and mannerisms. My god they're so alike. Robert was so cure as a youngster. Im totally with Robert with regards to jogging, I hated it at school and bunked off the day we had cross country running. I still hate running as Im so unfit. A walk is enough for me 😂
My only criticism is why didn't the family realise he was ill? He was severely underweight and should have told him to rest. Whether a stubborn Bruce would've listened is another matter! Robert commented on "part of hospital tests" So what was left out? I wouldn't be surprised if Bruce lied about his doctors report to stop family worrying. Much respect to Robert for giving us a personal account of his memories. I'd love to meet him.
I wish there were interviews with Peter and Agnes who passed away. God bless them.

Bruce Lee was alway my inspiration through my younger years and will never be forgotten. And if I even stop in Seattle, I will pay him respect. Watching him in movie's fights make me to stand up against all bully from neighborhood and at school. The big kids would try to pick a fight and even calling me name like, Chinese, dirty knee, look like me, with their hand's motion to their eyes. Mind you Im not even Chinse. I would come home telling my mother about it, what my mom can do back then, in 1980? It was difficult time for me at the age of 11 till the end of high school. Watch his movies make me feel, I don't take any SHIT from nobody. I learn how to fight by watch his movies and got better practicing kicking bully butts. Honestly, at the end of the day, whoever loves Bruce Lee owns a nunchuck.

I have stage 4 cancer now. I regret not going up to say "Hi" to him. I was too chicken and didn't want to invade his privacy. I just wanted him to know that I have tremendous respect for Bruce Lee and his family. He used to visit my grandfather's restaurant during the 70's. It was called "King House Restaurant" located on Atlantic Blvd in Monterey Park, CA.

So nice to hear stories about Bruce that aren't about martial arts. Dancing, pranking, jogging, it humanizes a myth.

Looking at his brother you can see how unique Bruce Lee was. Robert looks like a casual asian man, Bruce Lee was unique from head to toe and no one looks like him. He was crafted by God very carefully.
