First time I flew Cebu Pacific's A330 was from Manila to Sydney which I got for $70 return. I was quite apprehensive knowing how dense the cabin is but was pleasantly surprised. I found the seats to be more comfortable compared to their A320's and A321's used on domestic flights. Of course, with that price you can really expect much i.e. full service. For the price, it's definitely good value plus the service was good. Just come with the right expectations. If you require full service then go with a full service airline. Thanks a lot for sharing.

I've a feeling this trip was booked on a 1 piso deal ($0.02) but taxes and charges in brought it to $30, that deal happens maybe twice a year. C-pac are a low cost airline but Ryanair would still be cheaper.
Nice trip report as always. Such a great steal for a non-stop flight, even for a low-cost airline. For people comparing this to full service carriers on the same route-the next fare will cost you about three to four times the price, and these are full service carriers. If i’m right, only Philippine Airlines and Emirates flies NON-STOP to MNL from DXB along with Cebu Pacific.
In my experience with Cebu Pacific, which has all been domestic, it is definitely no-frills, but the crew have always been very pleasant. Hopefully one day they will offer Business Class, at least for international flights.
If you want the nice crew but with IFE and business class that you guys are talking about, just fly Philippine Airlines. Cebu pacific is a budget airline

Cebu Pacific is a decent LCC in the Philippines. It might have some punctuality issues as reported (although i rarely encountered delayed flights) but the service is quite acceptable.

PAL DXB to MNL is only *marginally better* than CEB - the plane is old and there's also no IFE. You're better off with a direct Emirates or connecting Singapore flight.
