Why are the Azerbeidzjani people which we Turks consider as our direct cousins so fluent in English, while the Turkish youth is still experiencing serious issues in developing the no.1 language of the world. Not only that, they speak Russian practically like their mother-tongue. Something about the educational system in Turkey definitely isn’t right 😅.
