A missile attack occurs once a month by the Iranian militia towards American bases, as it happened yesterday at night, but outside the cities in the desert, and approximately every four to eight months there is one explosion in Baghdad, as happened at the beginning of Ramadan, but this is for the Iraqis Completely safe 😂

I did have a bad image of Iraq due to growing up with mainstream media about Iraq. When I hear Iraq, I think of terrorism, Saddam Hussein, war, oppressed people, and constant kidnappings. My bad vibe about Iraq changed when I discovered what the Iraq war was about. I researched Iraq's distant history and culture and was intrigued by its rich history. Also, I went to a small fast-food shop owned by an Iraqi who was a friendly man. My opinion about Iraq has changed from bad to good - unfortunately, most people I know have a terrible impression of Iraq.

I’m American and I expected a lot of the Iraqis in this video to say they hated America. And I honestly would totally understand if they had, but I was really surprised to see that a lot of the Iraqis here didn’t seem to like Iran very much.

Well there was a 8 year war between Iran-Iraq which is longer than WW2 for example. Obviously it was a war started by Saddam and not the people but they committed so many war crimes such as air bombing schools, hospitals and using chemical warfare as they were trying to invade Iran that to this date there are veterans suffering and slowly dying because of those chemical attacks and people dying to mines berried from that war. Iranians know that it was the government and not the people but still the memories of the war is too fresh for them to not add emotion to their judgement and Im sure its the same vice versa.

What are your thoughts of Saddam Hussein? That Iranian government tried to topple him in 1980 but failed and 1 million + Iranians died for nothing. Already then our PM Sa’dun Hammadi saw that your government wasn’t fair to the people or to the Iraqis.
It might seem to you Saddam was the aggressor, but I can assure you he wasn’t. He tried his best for diplomacy. Khomeini didn’t want to.
