I’ve found horror novels to be much better than movies too. I’ve only got a small collection of movies for Halloween time and most of em are from my childhood 😂 Gotta love free and discount ebooks! I have read the 'Scooby Doo in book form' before, and it was fantastic! The others sound like such fun premises, so I hope they turn out that way. I have been delving into more horror movies in recent years (my girlfriend is a huge horror fan), but I haven't gone too crazy yet. I tend to like them if they have another genre mixed in with them. Horror comedy tends to work best for me! (Scream, Zombieland, Ready or Not, The Frighteners) I haven't gone too overboard with ebooks yet, but I might eventually fall into that trap. It’s part of the Evil Dead series with super cheesy 80s special effects. The Netflix series was ok, but not as good as the movie for me. Though I did really like the darker version of Sabrina that they did. Beware the free ebook collection, you’ll have hundreds before you know it. I only “bought” one today, and like 8 last week, but I read two or three so it’s totally balanced out 😅 if my collection was all physical I’d need a proper floor to ceiling home library.
